Once your occasion date is confirmed, an invoice will be emailed with the remaining balance of which frame you choose. The full payment is due 5 days before your occasion date.

$50 deposit is nonrefundable unless your occasion date does not work for Nerel. If this is the case, you will be refunded within 1 week of your purchase.

Flowers are preserved BEST when fresh. Your flowers need to be shipped within 3 days of your event with next day delivery. I will work with your flowers in the condition they arrived in.

All flowers retain color differently when dried. I take every precaution to retain as much color as possible in each flower, but some color change is to be expected. I think it adds to the beauty of pressed flower art!

Because this is a custom piece, product returns are not accepted.
